Responsibilities		General Summary: Reports to the Test Engineer and will perform the day to day activities in the Test Department. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Will be highly efficient in test evaluation, setup and performance on equipment including vibration and mechanical shock testing using an electro-dynamic shaker and control system and/or mechanical drop tower. Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on equipment as required. Responsible for test data reporting and maintenance Conducts equipment troubleshooting and repair Testing performed within written procedures according to industry and MIL-STD specifications Generates and reports data in accordance with customer requirements
Requirements		Job Specifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associates degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred 5 years related experience preferably in Defense & Aerospace and ordnance Working knowledge of charge amplifiers, signal conditioners, ICP/charge mode accelerometers, thermocouples, humidity probes and pressure sensors Knowledge of vibration control and data acquisition systems(VWIN/Vibration Research) Experience programming climate chamber controllers (Watlow F4, Thermotron 8800). Energetic handing/testing a plus Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate with others effectively in both written and verbal fashion. Must be able to meet all ITAR and BATFE background requirements
