The Tuition Refund Program is an additional means of promoting individual training and
development. Full time employees are eligible for this program after 3 months of service.
Reimbursement is based on grades at the completion of the course, plus books and fees at
100% directly related to the approved courses.

B (or ungraded pass)
= 70%
C
= 60%
A further 20% reimbursement will be granted upon graduation.
Employees must complete the appropriate application and have it approved prior
to course enrollment. A maximum of three courses per semester will be considered.
Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. and its subsidiaries (EBI) are pleased to be able to offer the insurance benefits described herein. The benefit levels, eligibility requirements, terms of coverage and employer / employee / retiree contributions may be changed from time to time and at any time at the discretion of EBI. In addition EBI reserves the right to terminate the plans at any time. Employees / retirees will be notified when any change is made.
The full terms and conditions of each plan are set forth in the full text of each plan, and that text will control as to any questions which may arise concerning the plan.
